Kriya Meditation Group Night with Deborah – Learn the basic meditation techniques using breath work and posture to increase advancement in spiritual awakening.

You may choose to add to your own daily practice. We will meditate as a group for approximately 30 minutes and it is truly beautiful to experience as a group energy.

Come and learn the ways you can apply this breathwork each day to enhance your meditation experience.
