This event is an afternoon-long, retreat-style, nervous system reset meant to aid your mind, body, and soul into a state of ease and grace as you enter the holiday season.
We’ll enjoy a combination of meditation, psychoeducation and an ecstatic dance collaboration with O’skar from Tribal Joy. Be prepared to unleash all the burdens and negative energy within your soul as we dig deep into our subconsciousness. From this well we’ll clarify how exactly you can traverse the waters of the upcoming holiday season with a harmonious feeling in your soul.
When we can show up as a whole, healed, calm individual, we are able to create a serene and collected environment where ever we go. When we give our souls a break from the world and enter into this harmonious state of being for the day, it allows us to go forward in life with harmony.
That’s not to say everything will be easier, but YOU will undoubtedly have an easier time managing as you’ve allowed your body to experience the smooth and graceful encounter of our half-day retreat.
There will be a series of breaks for everyone’s comfort.
