Discouragement often appears when something doesn’t measure up to your expectations. It is often followed by Depression and feelings of Rejection and Resentment. And Fear and Self-Doubt often create Discouragement.

Come learn how to take this Discouragement, Depression and Rejection and make it into something that drives or pushes you to take action.

Learn how to become neutral when these feelings appear and use them to get closer to the Spirit within you.
