Often we encounter energies that we feel are negative, or bigger than us, and we have a tendency to put a “shield” in front of us or a “bubble” around us. Implied in this practice is a sense that these energies are bigger than who we are and that we need to protect ourselves from these negative energies.
Do these energies really have dominion over us? Of course not.
This workshop is designed for you to learn some practical techniques to take care of yourself when you are in the presence of these energies.
In this class you will learn to:
- Recognize these energies before you feel affected by them
- Clear yourself once you feel affected by them
- Learn how to express your dominion over them
- And to create more personal integrity
