Usui Reiki Level 1 Class
Saturday - October 31st, 2026. Join Cynthia Barnette for Usui Reiki Level 1, an introductory class focused on Reiki foundations, energy awareness, grounding, chakras, and self-practice. Students will receive a Reiki attunement, reference materials, suggested hand positions, and guidance for a 21-day practice designed to support relaxation, inward focus, and a deeper relationship with Reiki.
