Usui Reiki Level 1 Class

The Reiki Level 1 class focuses on opening the body’s energy fields to the Universal Life Force energy. This class is a self-healing journey, opening the physical body’s energy to the Universal energy, and teaching you energy awareness.

You’ll learn the foundational history of Reiki, energy attunements, what the universal life source energy is, an introduction to how energy flows through the body, grounding techniques, basics of the chakra system, and come away from class understanding how to utilize this energy to heal yourself.

You’ll also learn a 21-day Reiki self-healing practice, focused on aligning the chakras and healing from within. This 21-day Reiki energy healing practice helps you build a consistent daily habit of deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inward focus.

During the class, students will receive the attunement, a reference manual, and a handout for suggested hand positions.
