At this time of so much personal and collective upheaval and shifts, most of us, and our planet, need extra support. Reiki is a powerful yet gentle energy that can support the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

In this 2-day class, students will connect with this beautiful energy, have time for practice, question, and learn about the history of Reiki. Class is trauma-informed and honors each person. During class, one connects with Reiki both for self-sessions and also learns how to offer sessions to others. Class follows the lineage of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). Manual and certificate included.
