Dr. Jo Eckler has spent her entire career helping those who have felt shattered by trauma, or exhausted and frayed by anxiety, to build lives that feel meaningful and vibrant.
The type of energy work that she offers pulls from the generous resources of the earth itself to balance the chakras, soothe the nervous system, and help bring a sense of wholeness. When called to do so, she also incorporates sound healing and essential oils to enhance the effect.
Each session includes 15-20 minutes of intuitive coaching regarding your goals and concerns, followed by energetic healing, which can be done seated or lying comfortably on a massage table. All sessions are done fully clothed. At the end of your session, Dr. Jo often offers recommendations for oils, foods, or other elements that may help support your work together.
Dr. Jo has years of experience working with trauma survivors, including combat veterans and survivors of domestic violence and sexual trauma. In addition, she has training, professional and personal experience in the LGBTQIA and queer community, especially with transgender/non-binary individuals.

More About Dr. Jo Eckler
I began my career with a doctorate in clinical psychology and am a licensed clinical psychologist. After finding that my clients needed more than traditional psychology could offer, I decided to incorporate the body and breath, becoming a registered yoga teacher trained in Kundalini yoga. I added certifications in restorative yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra®, and adaptive yoga to that over the years. However, that still wasn’t enough, and I began an apprenticeship with Vanessa Stone, a well-respected healer, and have been studying energetic healing practices with her ever since.
