Forgiveness/Self-Forgiveness – Getting Closer To the Spirit Within

Forgiveness is not about condoning someone else’s behavior.  Self-Forgiveness involves releasing the hurt and tension we have inside for the judgments and beliefs we hold against ourselves and others, and moving our focus back to the Spirit within.

This class is designed to for you to become more aware of the power of Forgiveness/Self-Forgiveness and to release any judgments or separation you have with yourself or others and bring you closer to the Spirit within.

Come learn a unique way to release this separation and clear any imbalances in your body.
