This month we are discussing "Don't Make Assumptions." This is an important agreement because assumptions are where we create stories and explanations around events that we don't understand, which we then emotionally react to, which leads to drama and suffering, mostly for us.

Spirit Paths™ Apprentice Program – Winter and Spring 2011

The Spirit Paths™ program is a 5-month series of workshops and bi-weekly evening sessions designed to help you to change your way of living and being in the world - a powerful, experiential process of learning to live authentically.

Throughout the program you are given specific techniques and practices based on the shamanic world view, as well as on-going support to help you to integrate them into your everyday life.

The program begins on Saturday, January 8th, with the workshop The Way of the Warrior.
