To better appreciate the inter-weaving of geometric design, Naomi will go back to the origin of Egyptian number generation, mystical objects and modern scientific discoveries that reveal these patterns in nature. These same micro-macro cosmic patterns are reflected in the foundations of astrology but rarely addressed in our basic training. A knowledge of these similarities and correspondences can help in understanding how the components of astrology fit and work together to form a coherent pattern that works.

Dave Stringer has been profiled publications as diverse as Time, Billboard, In Style, and Yoga Journal Germany as a leader of the new American Kirtan movement. Kirtan (from the Sanskrit word meaning 'to sing') is an East Indian form of mantra chanting that is becoming popular as a participatory live music experience at festivals around the world. As Dave says, at a Kirtan 'You're not just listening to the music, you are the music.'

This month we will have an evening with Tianna Roser. Tianna will discuss "Reclaiming the Power of the Shadow: Discovering Balance, Wholeness and Authenticity".
Tianna is a Certified Clinical Hypnotist, Reiki Master Teacher (Usui Lineage) and an Ordained Minister. She studied under 3 Reiki Masters and has been practicing Reiki for 12 years. Tianna received a Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification at HCH Institute.
Jodi Roberts makes her debut at "The House of Light" for a wonderful late afternoon "full moon" concert of healing sound music with her Tibetan Bowls, temple bells and Chinese gongs. Please bring a mat, pillow or blanket if you wish to stretch out on the floor.
This event is a four week open Gospel study of The Twelve Tribe Torah facilitated by Rabbi Monty Eliasov. The emphasis will be on Matthew, Mark and Luke. The core study texts will be detailed prior to class for individual study. The Rabbi will not be coming from any denominational point of view or will not provide or require dogma as that is not the spirit behind these scriptures.
